Holland-Turkey 400
This year 400 years ago, Cornelis Haga (first ambassador of the former Republic of the Netherlands to the Ottoman Court) set foot in Istanbul. That is why 2012 is the year we celebrate 400 years of diplomatic relations. The number 400 is universal, and therefore the binding factor.
